We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns are free for US customers — simply print the prepaid label from your account. Exchanges can be processed online or at any VELOUR flagship store.

Absolutely. All VELOUR packaging is made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials. We never use plastic in our shipping materials. Our garment bags are biodegradable, and our mailers can be composted at home or recycled curbside.
Yes! Through our Garment Take-Back Program, you can return any VELOUR piece you no longer wear. We'll repair and resell it through our pre-loved collection, or responsibly recycle it. As a thank you, you'll receive 15% off your next purchase.
